The arrangement has a container (22) with a top part having an opening provided with a cover (28). The cover articulates with respect to the container between a closed position and an open position. The cover is mounted movably between the closed position in which it is foldable and a utilization position in which it is locked in horizontal position such that its external side constitutes a support surface. The cover seals the opening by extending in a vertical plane in the closed position and allows the opening to be partially accessible in the open position.
