According to the invention, said vessel is hermetically closed by a cover (19) and an air driven venturi pump (20) supplied by compressed air (21) creates a vacuum inside said vessel (12) in a manner so that the liquid contained in said collector tank is sucked in through a second pipe (23) and transferred to said vessel.",
