The cab interior has a raised floor pan (2) with an air duct (4) whose free end is connected to an outlet (5) of an air production device (3) by a connection unit (6). The unit is movable between a retracted position in which the duct and outlet are not connected to permit a relative positional movement of the pan and the device, and an operational position in which the unit ensures the connection between the duct and outlet. An independent claim is also included for a method for mounting a raised floor pan having air ducts with free ends, in a cab interior of a vehicle.
