Heat exchanger and fabricating process thereof

Heat-exchanging device comprises at least one flow unit containing a fluid and at least one slat-shaped molded part connected to the flow unit and containing air. Heat exchange between the air and the fluid occurs via the connection. The connection has several recesses (140) arranged along a longitudinal direction of the slat-like molded part. Independent claims are also included for: (1) Cooler, especially a charge cooler comprising the above heat-exchanging device; and (2) Production of the above heat-exchanging device.
