The guide rail (9) has a guide track (20) for translational motion of a slider (21) of a front vehicular header (5), and a guide channel (31) for lateral guidance of the textile portion of a window blind (4). The guide rails are connected to each other with a positive fit by legs (50,52,53). An independent claim is also included for a method of producing a guide rail system.
