A clutch control device for performing an automatic control of a clutch stroke with retaining a target engaging amount of a clutch characterized in that the clutch control device includes a first sensor for detecting an engine rotation number, a second sensor for detecting a factor for fluctuating an engine torque, a calculation means for calculating the target engaging amount based on the engine rotation number, and a correction means for correcting the target engaging amount based on the factor for fluctuating the engine torque detected by the second sensor.
