A chock (1) is disclosed to be assembled on vehicles for transporting vehicles in order to bear thereon the wheels (20) of the transported vehicles, in particular motorcycles, equipped with adjustable holding means of the wheels (20). In particular, the holding means of the chock (1) are composed of: at least two clamping jaws (19', 19") that slidingly cooperate along the wheel (20) axis in order to clamp and laterally hold the wheel (20); and means (29, 31, 33) for adjusting the mutual distance between the jaws (19', 19").
