Reformer module comprises plates in the form of heat exchangers for supporting a catalyst. Cathode waste gas (3) and waste gas from a catalytic combustion chamber (8), in which hydrogen, carbon dioxide and carbon monoxide are electrochemically burnt using a catalyst, are passed through the plates.
