The belt (3) has a fastening (3.1,3.2) at each end. The first end is fastened to the movable slider (2) and the second is fastened (1.4) to a fixed end of the rail (1). The rail has a stop (1.3) near its mid point to limit the travel of the slider. The rail has a toothed section (1.2) with sawtooth-shaped teeth engaging teeth on the slider. The slider is spring-loaded (2.4) and may be pressed inwards to release the teeth.
