Open top vehicle, with security device to prohibit the lateral ejaection of a door during a frontal impact

The vehicle has two lateral doors (3) articulated on two struts (13) through a rigid head (15). Housing and locking protrusions (52) are integrated to the doors and the struts. The protrusions move from a disengaged position to a mutual axial engagement position that defines a rigid link between the struts and protrusions. The protrusions are rigidly fixed to the doors. The housing is defined by an inner volume of the struts and an orifice.
