Motorcycle with wheel speed detecting device

The present invention is related to a motorcycle having a wheel speed detecting device comprising a pulser ring (52) mounted on a wheel (14, 17) and a pulse counting sensor (60) mounted on the side of the motorcycle body (13, 35), wherein the pulser ring (52) comprises a pulser disc (55) with pulse detecting holes (57) or pulse detecting recesses formed therein at predetermined certain pitches (P) on a pitch circle (PD) drawn in a radially inward circumferential position spaced at a predetermind distance from an outer edge (56) of the pulser disc (55). According to the present invention said pulser ring (52) is mounted on the same side of a wheel hub (18, 19) on which a brake disc (41) of a brake disc system (49) is mounted.
