Source
The invention provides an electric motor driven type throttle valve device driven by an electric motor (4) via a reduction gear (3h, 11, 12), which comprises a spring (6, 7) which is disposed between a coupling member (5) which is rotatably disposed with respect to a throttle shaft (2) to which the throttle valve (1) is secured and a movable member (3) secured to the throttle shaft. The spring pulls the movable member (3) and the coupling member (5) towards a rotating direction and is disposed around the throttle shaft (2) between the movable member (3) and the coupling member (5), and causes to engage the movable member (3) and the coupling member (5) such that the movable member (3), the coupling member (5) and the spring (6, 7) constitute a single unit.
