Fastener with pneumatic spring, especially for a motor vehicle suspension, and a motor vehicle comprising the same

The latch has a part forming cover (10) mounted on a tulip (7) on a side opposite to a main chamber (20) and delimiting with the body (1) of a chamber (8). The chamber (8) communicates with the chamber (20) through passages (30). The passages traverse the body and open on both sides of the tulip in each chamber. A compression plate (3) and a detent plate (4) block passages opening ends while abutting against the tulip. An independent claim is also included for a motor vehicle whose suspension system is equipped with a latch.
