Roll container

A wheeled container has a base plate (1) fitted with fixed and swivel mounted wheels (2). A control bar (5) is fitted to link the steer wheels. Levers at the outer ends of the control bar lock the steering in one setting, lock the steering and the wheels in a second setting and free the steering wheels in a third setting. The control bar can be in two sections linked by a coupling sleeve (15).
