The anode comprises an alloy or a compound including Fe in addition to at least either Sn or Si. The ratio of Fe in the alloy or the compound is preferably 15% by mass or less. Moreover, it is preferable that the alloy or the compound further includes Cr at a ratio of less than 1500 ppm by mass.",
