Speaker apparatus to be mounted on a vehicle

The apparatus has a speaker unit with a frame (11) that is mounted on a door-inner panel (2) by a mounting device. The mounting device includes three insulators (3) to prevent vibration from the speaker unit to be transmitted to the door-inner panel. Each insulator includes two male screw portions (31, 32) inserted into fitting holes of the frame and the door-inner panel. Resilient sections connect the screw portions.
