Motorised trailer hitch

The auxiliary force operated trailer coupling has a ball rod attachment end (23) perpendicular to a displacement and pivot axis of a hollow spindle (5). The plane of curvature of a rod section of the ball rod (1) intercepts the central vehicle longitudinal axis in the working position relative to the fitting position and is perpendicular to the vehicle ground plane. The displacement and pivot axis of the hollow spindle/guide part is at an acute angle to the plane of curvature of the rod section.
