The bumper shows a cross outline C shaped comprising the two flanges (2) of the C shape, conveniently spaced one from the other and mountable horizontally along the rear part of a vehicle and comprising a web (3) which connects said two flanges; so, the bumper is defined by at least three individual elements connected together: two opposite flanges (2) of the C outline and a web (3) connecting said flanges, the web bearing at the upper and lower ends bent extensions (3a) suitable to lean against said flanges (Fig. 1).
