The rubber-reinforcing glass fiber treatment agent contains a resorcin-formaldehyde water-soluble condensate and a soap-free acrylonitrile-butadiene copolymer latex. Here, \"soap-free\" means that polymerization has been carried out using, instead of a conventional emulsifier or surfactant, a polymerization initiator such as potassium persulfate, a styrenesulfonate, an acrylic or allylic reactive emulsifier or water-soluble polymer, or a hydrophilic comonomer such as a water-soluble oligomer or acrylic acid.",
