BATTERY PACK

A battery pack includes a plurality of batteries housed in a case. Each of the plurality of batteries includes a safety valve that opens in response to an increase in an internal pressure of the battery to exhaust gas inside the battery. The plurality of batteries are immersed in a cooling liquid in the case. The case includes: a liquid enclosed portion in which the cooling liquid is enclosed; and a wall portion that is disposed below the liquid enclosed portion and divides the liquid enclosed portion and a cooling liquid free space. A safety-valve-side end portion of each of the plurality of batteries that is an end portion of the battery closer to the safety valve is in contact with or is closely opposed to a liquid-enclosed-portion-side surface of the wall portion that is a surface of the wall portion closer to the liquid enclosed portion.
