Manual foldable mirror device

The device (1) has a compression coil spring (50) generating elastic force for rotatably attaching a shaft (20) and a housing (30) to a mirror base (10). One engaging unit is provided on a surface of the shaft opposed to the mirror base. Another engaging unit is provided on a surface of the base opposed to the shaft. A mirror unit is fixed to an operated position by engaging one unit with the other.
