Cargo tie-down system

The lashing device for a cargo loading system for aircraft has a lashing element (11) supported by two end sections (12,13) on a base component (14) and pivotable around a pivot point (17). The base component has at least one holder (23) which can accommodate at least one interface element for additional components. The lashing element is pivotable around the pivot point into an approximately horizontal position in order to allow access to the holder.
