A recess (32) with a cam surface (31) is formed in the inner surface of an outer ring (30) of clutch (20) installed between sleeves (18). The sleeve is fixed on the rotary drive shaft of starter motor. The rollers (33,33) are moved centrifugally, towards the bottom surface of recess against force of spring (40) so that the outer surfaces each roller are separated from the periphery of clutch inner ring (29).
