Decoupled Blower

The decoupled fan is in the housing of an air conditioning unit in a vehicle. The fan motor is mounted in the housing on a bearing. The spiral housing (5) contains a fan wheel (6). The spiral housing is decoupled from the fan wheel and the fan motor. The size of the gap can be adjusted by means of a setting device.
