Salt spreading system for highways

The method involves goods vehicles (B), which charge a fee, carrying spreading devices (B4.1) for spreading a section as far as the preceding vehicle. The number of vehicles is very large owing to the high traffic density on the motorways, thus the quantity to be spread by each vehicle is small and the spreading time is short. A spreader of low structural height requires no structural changes to vehicles and does not inhibit normal operation.
