Electric driving motor with tubular shaft

The motor includes an elastic clutch (36) between a rotor (25) and a power take-off (44). The clutch allows displacements between the power take-off and the drive motor (2). The clutch is arranged within the contour of the drive motor. Independent claims are included for a rail-vehicle drive, and for a rail vehicle comprising the drive.
