  "textContent": "Decorative tri-layer plastic molding for vehicle interior cladding, comprises knitted fabric, intermediate film and substrate, all made from polyolefins. The decorative layer (1) is a woven- or knitted fabric, and is bonded to the plastic substrate (2) without adhesive, by the film. The decorative layer, intermediate film (3) and substrate comprise polyolefins. Film thickness is 50-70 mu m. Decorative layer thickness is 0.4-1.2 mm. The plastic substrate is 2-3 mm thick. The internal cladding is for a door, column or instrument panel. It covers an air bag opening, the decorative layer and/or film forming a hinge or intentionally-weakened location (4) for an airbag flap. Manufacture employs a rear-injection process at 180-280 [deg]C and a pressure of 55-70 bar. Temperature of the mold surface contacting the decorative layer is no greater than 40[deg]C. An independent claim is included for the corresponding method of manufacture.",
