The belt spooler spring cassette housing has a spring core (210) and a drive spring (200) mounted in the spring core, whereby the cassette housing and/or spring core are arranged symmetrically so that the drive spring can have an optional torque direction. The belt spooler spring cassette housing is formed by a belt spooler spring cassette housing cover. An independent claim is also included for the following: (a) a belt spooler with a spring cassette connection plate.
