Primary wheel impeller scoops (4.1) and secondary wheel impeller scoops (4.2) are inclined relative to the longitudinal axis (4.3) of the hydrodynamic clutch, or torque converter. The scoops feed hydraulic fluid into each other. Primary scoops are inclined with the direction of rotation; those of the secondary wheel are inclined against the direction of rotation.
