Height lifting device comprises hoisting wire ropes (40) and a hydraulic cylinder (32) used to move the sheaves (34) of the hoisting wire ropes. At the edge of the intermediate platform is a horizontal box (31) attached to the intermediate platform, inside which box the hydraulic cylinder is mounted and which has a height dimension greater than the thickness of the intermediate platform. Preferably even the opposite edge of the intermediate platform is provided with another horizontal box (50) supporting the intermediate platform.",
