A windscreen (11) with a surface (22) fits inside a measured section (34) so that, as rays spread, they affect humidity/dampness that occurs on the surface. A single holographic element (20) for guiding the rays fits on and/or in the windscreen and diverts rays towards the surface so that a path of rays is produced that includes an angle during a projection onto the surface.
