Vehicle seat

The seat has an armchair (14) moving from a deployed position to a folded position on a leg (20) of a base. The base has another leg (22) extended between the armchair and a floor unit in the deployed position and separated by the armchair or the floor unit in the folded position. The base has a strut (24) with an end that moves between two positions of the former leg. The former leg has a guide track (62) for the strut end. An independent claim is also included for a motor vehicle including a seat.
