Transient control between two spark-ignited combustion states in engine

A fuel injection manager sets fuel injection for cylinders in a predetermined sequential order according to a corresponding request. A spark ignition manager sets spark ignition for cylinders in the predetermined sequential order according to the fuel injection set to each cylinder.
