Production process of a body part to be painted in the same color as the body of the vehicle

The process involves obtaining a mono block unit with a support (3) by molding a plastic material. A part (2) e.g. flap of a vehicle body, is mounted on the support, in a position relative to a painting position. A side of the part to be painted is exposed to pulverized painting during painting operation. A linking zone (13) between the support and the part is arranged to be sectioned or broken after painting operation. An independent claim is also included for a mono block unit obtained by molding a plastic material.
