Method and device for controlling the air discharge temperature of an HVAC system

The invention relates to a method for controlling the air discharge temperature of an HVAC system which comprises means for controlling air flows. According to the invention, the method is characterised by the following steps: calculating air flows and pressures inside the HVAC system based on discharge temperature targets and a physical model of the HVAC system and actuating the means for controlling air flows based on the results of the calculation of air flows and pressures in order to control the air discharge temperature of the HVAC system.
