The resting element (4a-4d) can move with respect to the enclosure (2a-2d) from a movement position, in which it protrudes partially from the enclosure (2a-2d) and constitutes an elastically yielding resting member for the furniture component (8) or the like on the floor (7), to a static position, in which it is at least partially retracted into the enclosure (2a-2d) with respect to the movement position, in order to obtain a substantially rigid resting of the furniture component (8) or the like, and vice versa.",
