A lane moving-out judging means (12) comprises the position of the vehicle with the position of the first lane for judging a lane moving-out from the first lane of the vehicle. A warning signal generation judging means (13) outputs a signal to stop or suppress an alarm when the vehicle moves out from the first lane and at least when it is judged based on the information obtained from the running environment judging section that an object exists on the first lane within a pre-established range and that the object is an obstacle to the vehicle. A warning control means (14) operates an warning device based on the signal from the warning signal generation judging means.",
