The bypass passage (24) is provided for the intake passage (6) in such a manner as to bypass the supercharger (20). By being driven electrically, the flow amount adjustment means (25) can arbitrarily adjust a flow amount of air flowing through the bypass passage (24). The operational state detection means (16) detects an operational state of the internal combustion engine (1).
