The pressure behind the flow sensor is regulated by means of a pressure control valve to a constant value. During excess pressure of the selected liquid, it is tapped into a pressure control valve. The pressure control valve (9) has a housing, an element (40) which is subject to the variable strength pressure, which can be regulated. The element has a valve to decouple the pressure developing. This pressure control valve contains a reservoir to hold the liquid.",
