Retractor for a safety belt

The safety belt reel (10) has an eccentric plate (50) joined to rotate with a spool of the spooler, a cam plate (40) directly driven by the eccentric plate and a locking pawl (100). The cam plate has an activating cam for activating the locking position of the pawl and a separate deactivation cam for activating the release fitting of the pawl.
