"textContent": "An anti-glare and anti-fogging element 1 consisting of an anti-glare element having an electrochromic cell 4 between a front transparent base plate 2 and a back transparent base plate 3 and an anti-fogging element 8 formed on the front transparent base plate 2, which is configured as an anti-glare and anti-fogging mirror 10 by laminating a reflection film 9 on the back of the back transparent base plate 3 and h reflectivity of 25% or less at the time of glare prevention, wherein the electrochrom cell 4 is composed of a front electrode and a back electrode sandwiching a substanc which exhibits an electrochromic phenomenon, therebetween; the anti-fogging elen 8 is composed of a transparent photocatalytic reaction substance film of TiO2 lamin on the front side of the front transparent base plate 2, which exhibits a photocatalyti reaction, and a transparent porous inorganic oxide film 7 laminated on the photocatalytic reaction substance film 6, which exhibits a hydrophilic property; the photocatalytic reaction substance film 6 is 100 to 170 nm in thickness; and the porous inorganic o film 7 is 10 to 50 nm in thickness.",
