The swiveling head lamp system (1) incorporates a data bus line (9). A navigation system (12) is connected to a control circuit (10) with a memory (11). The control circuit is connected to two actuators (7) in the head lamp assembly (4), connected by pivots (6) to the vehicle bodywork (2) and the head lamp (5). The head lamp swivels on a pivot (8) connected to the vehicle bodywork.
