Method of coating fluorocarbon resin

A method of coating a fluorocarbon resin comprising a laser irradiation step of irradiating the surface of a coating target work piece with a laser; a fluorocarbon resin coating step of coating a fluorocarbon resin on the surface of the coating target work piece on which the laser has been irradiated; and a baking step of baking the surface of the coating target work piece on which the fluorocarbon resin is coated by the fluorocarbon resin coating step.
