A door opening/closing device for vehicle including a controlling means (20) for controlling a vehicle door locking or unlocking operation by confirming a user's intent for locking or unlocking operation of the vehicle door includes a handle frame (14) provided at the vehicle door (10), a handle member (12) provided outside of the vehicle door (10) and supported by the handle frame (14) for operating opening or closing of the vehicle door, a handle cap (13) provided outside the vehicle door (10) and supported with the handle frame (14), a light decorative member (29) provided at the handle cap (13), a luminous member (54) accommodated in the handle frame (14) and activated by the controlling means (20) in response to the locking or unlocking condition of the vehicle door, and a light guiding means (31) connecting the light decorative member (29) and the luminous member (54).
