The trigger arrangement moves the switch part, thereby moving a transmitter into the detection range of a receiver, generating a reset signal. The arrangement (10) has a trigger arrangement (12) that follows the movement of the steering wheel and operates the reset arrangement (16) when the wheel is returned, resetting the flasher. The reset arrangement has a movable switch part (20) operated by the trigger arrangement with at least one transmitter (22) or receiver and at least one fixed contactless corresponding receiver or transmitter (24,26). The trigger arrangement moves the switch part, thereby moving a transmitter into the detection range of a receiver, generating a reset signal. Independent claims are also included for the following: (a) a method of resetting a motor vehicle flasher that has been activated (b) a method of operating an inventive arrangement (c) and an evaluation unit.",
