Holder for a beverage container.

The holder (10) can contain a beaker, can, cup etc. in a vehicle. A drip tray (18) can be fitted in and removed from a receiver (16) in the holder. The drip tray may be pot- or bath-shaped. It may fit flush in the receiver. The holder may also have a diameter equalizing element (20) inserted in the receiver from the side to adjust its effective width.
