An overhead luggage bin structure (4) for locomotion means for transporting passengers comprises a structural shape (5) for coupling to the locomotion means roof (1) and a structural shape (6) for coupling to the locomotion means wall (2) connected to each other by means of a plurality of brackets (30) of an air channel, so as to define a channel for the passage of air near a joining edge (3) between the roof (1) and the wall (2). The overhead luggage bin structure (4) comprises fixing means (7, 27) suitable to be fixed firmly to the roof (1) and to the side wall (2) and able to couple adjustably to said roof coupling structural shape (5) and said wall coupling structural shape (6), respectively, so as to allow adaptability of the roof coupling structural shape (5) and the wall coupling structural shape (6) to the shape of the roof (1) and of the wall (2) and to the angle of inclination ( alpha ) of the roof (1) with respect to the wall (2).
