Foot for a vehicle seat

When fitted, a base section (1) stretches vertically between a passenger seat sub-frame and the floor of a public transport vehicle like a bus. Base plates (2,3) are attached on opposite sides in order to fasten the base on the floor of the public transport vehicle like a bus or to fasten the seat sub-frame on the base.
