The arrangement consists of at least an electrically operated conditioning arrangement (24,28,32,36), a warm air supply system with heat source and a conducting arrangement (18) for conducting warmed air into the inside of a vehicle (20). A fuel cell system (38) provides electrical energy for the conditioning system and/or the conducting system. The warm air supply system includes the fuel cell system as the heat source and also a heat exchanger for transmitting heat obtained in the area of the fuel cell system into the inside of the vehicle.
