Exhaust gas turbocharger with a bypass channel integrated in the casing and a method for manufacturing the same

The turbo-supercharger (1) has a housing (8a, 8b), at least one turbine (2) in the casing, and variable turbine geometry, by which the charge air pressure is regulated. There is a bypass device (20, 21, 22) for the exhaust gas, to bridge the turbine, at least partially. The bypass device is integrated into the housing in the turbine region.
